Scallion Miso Condiment


  • Scallion Miso Condiment2 scallions
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of barley miso
  • A little lukewarm water


Sauté two scallions, chopped in rounds, in a teaspoon of oil for two minutes.

On the side, dilute a teaspoon of barley miso with a little lukewarm water, add this liquid to the scallion and continue to sauté for another minute stirring continuously.
