3 Pie Crusts for the Holidays. Wheat free

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 ½ cups chestnut flour

1 ½ cups  rolled oats

½ cup soy flour

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup roasted sesame seeds

2 Tbs. barley malt

1 tsp. cinnamon

 

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all the ingredients well.  Divide into three equal parts.  Press each into a round pie dish.  Bake 5 to 7 minutes.  Add pie filling and bake as indicated in the pie filling recipes.
