3 Pie Crusts for the Holidays. Wheat free

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chestnut flour
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup soy flour
  • ½ cup cold pressed vegetable oil
  • 1 cup roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsps barley malt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix all the ingredients well. Divide into three equal parts, to make 3 pie crusts. Press each into a round pie dish. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Add pie filling and bake as indicated in the pie filling recipes.
