Apple Blueberry Kanten

Ingredients

  • Two strips of Agar-agar (Kanten)
  • 5-6 apples pealed and cubed in small peaces.
  • Organic Apple juice
  • A small package of blueberries
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Break apart the agar-agar. Put the apple juice united with the agar-agar in a pot, bring it to a boil. Boil until the agar-agar is dissolved. Add the apples and continue to cook until the apples are soft. Then, add a tsp of vanilla, mix well. Pour the mixture into a serving dish, and mix in the blueberries. Refrigerate, until it sets. This will take a few hours.

Cut into squares and serve.
