- 1 cup of cooked millet
- 4 cups of spring water
- ½ cup dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps carob powder
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
Bring the millet and 4 cups of water to a boil, lower the flame and simmer for 20 minutes.
Unite and blend all of the ingredients (boiled millets, dates, vanilla extract, and carob powder).
Serve in custard cups with crushed almond topping.
