INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of raisins, soaked for 15 minutes
1 cup of dry apricots, chopped and soaked for 15 minutes
1 cup of toasted almonds, chopped
1 large onion, chopped and boiled until soft
Several yams, chopped and boiled until soft
1 small loaf of millet bread, cut into cubes
1 small loaf of whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
Sesame oil
PREPARATION:
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet. Sauté the onion and the yams for a minute. Then add all of the remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stir often adding water. Mix everything together to the desired consistency.
