Baked Squash

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 butternut or kabocha squash

Soy sauce

A little water

 

PREPARATION:

 

Cut squash in half. Take seeds out with a spoon. Put the squash face down on a cooking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 mins. When the outside skin is soft to the touch turn squash over with spatula and add a few drops of soy sauce in each half.  Continue to bake for 10 more min.  Cut and serve.
