Baked Squash

Ingredients

  • Baked Squash Half1 butternut or kabocha squash
  • Soy sauce
  • A little water
  • A baking sheet

Baking SquashPreparation

Cut squash in half. Take seeds out with a spoon. Put the squash face down on a cooking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 20-30 mins. When the outside skin is soft to the touch turn squash over with spatula and add a few drops of soy sauce in each half. Continue to bake for 10 more min. Cut and serve the baked squash.
