Steamed Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • baby bok choy1 bunch of baby bok choy,
    washed and cut in half vertically
  • Spring or filtered water
  • Steamer
  • Tamari soy sauce

Preparation

Bring the steamer, with some water, to a boil. Add bok choy. Steam for 3 minutes. Add a few drops of soy sauce. Cook for another minute and remove from heat. Serve.
