Ingredients

  • A bunch of fresh Chinese Broccoli, washed and chopped

  • A steamer basket

  • Tamari soy sauce

Preparation

First, steam the stems for a few minutes until not quite tender. Add the leaves and steam for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook for another minute. Mix and Serve.
